Vordere Says High Court Orders Continuation Of Interim Injunction

Wed, 22nd Jan 2020 14:10

(Alliance News) - Germany-focused property investor Vordere PLC on Wednesday said the High Court has ordered a continuation of an interim injunction granted on December 19.

The company said the injunction prevents one-time Chief Executive Nicholas Hofgren and former Non-Executive Directors Stuart Cheek and Graeme Johnson from deleting or destroying any company documents they possess.

Vordere said this ensures it has "access to complete records" of the trio who were ousted by the firm in 2019.

Vordere removed Hofgren, Johnson and Cheek as directors in October, despite 28% of its shareholders voting against it.

Shares in Vordere are currently suspended. In early July, the company requested shares be temporarily suspended from London Main Market trading so that it could assess its financial position.
