Vodafone Issues Early Redemption Notice For EUR30 Billion Note Program

(Alliance News) - Vodafone Group PLC on Monday said it will redeem its outstanding EUR1.75 billion 1.0% notes issued under its EUR30 billion medium-term note programme.

The FTSE 100-listed telecommunications firm said the notes will be redeemed on June 17, after which they will be cancelled and none will remain outstanding

Vodafone shares closed 2.9% higher at 124.44 pence each on Monday in London.
