UPDATE: Second Sound Energy Director Acquires Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Sound Energy PLC said Greenberry SA, a vehicle connected to Non-Executive Director Marco Fumagalli, bought 774,387 shares at a price of 68.15 pence each Friday.

Earlier the company said Chief Executive Officer James Parsons bought 44,522 shares at a price of 67.37 pence each on Friday. He is now interested in a total of 1.6 million shares, or a 0.25% stake.

The stock was up 4.5% at 71.56p Friday.
