UPDATE: Devro Chair Steve Good Buys GBP48,500 In Shares

(Alliance News) - Devro PLC on Friday said Chair Steve Good purchased 30,000 shares in the sausage casings maker.

Good purchased the shares in a transaction on Tuesday at GBP1.616 each, GBP48,480 altogether.

His stake in Devro following the purchase was not stated.

Earlier on Friday, Devro said Chief Executive Officer Rutger Helbing and Chief Financial Officer Jackie Callaway had purchased 10,000 shares each at GBP1.655 per share in transactions on Tuesday.

They each parted with GBP16,555.

Their stakes in the company following the transactions were not stated.

Devro closed 5.4% lower at 159.25 pence each in London on Friday.
