UK's HMV set to go into administration - source

LONDON, Jan 14 (Reuters) - British music and DVD retailerHMV will announce on Monday that it will appointDeloitte as its administrator, a source close to the companysaid. HMV has struggled in declining music, DVD and games marketsand in December warned a breach of its banking agreements waslikely after a poor start to Christmas trading. The firm has a total of 239 stores in the UK and Ireland andemploys around 4,350 staff.
