Real Good Food PLC - Liverpool-based food producer - Non-Executive Chair Mike Holt moves back to executive chair role but will remain part-time. The company's two business units, food ingredients outfit Brighter Foods and cake decorations maker Renshaw, will continue to be led by their respective managing directors.

Pressure Technologies PLC - Sheffield-based specialist engineering - Appoints Financial Controller James Locking as interim finance director, following departure of Joanna Allen as chief financial officer, which was announced in August. Search for a permanent finance director is continuing.

SolGold PLC - mineral exploration in Ecuador - Will appoint three new independent non-executive directors, subject to regulatory approval, to improve governance and diversity. Kevin O'Kane is a Canada-based mining engineer who has worked for BHP Group PLC in South America. Maria Amparo Alban is an advisor on international trade and environmental compliance, including working on the free trade agreement between Ecuador and the US. Keith Marshall is a UK-based mining executive who worked for Rio Tinto PLC for 15 years.

McBride PLC - Manchester-based domestic household and professional cleaning and hygiene products - Sandra Turner steps down from board after nine years in post, effective from Tuesday.

Aviva PLC - London-based life and general insurer - Hires Mohit Joshi and Jim McConville as independent non-executive director, effective from December 1. Joshi heads the Healthcare and Life Sciences businesses for consulting and technology outsourcing firm Infosys Ltd. McConville was finance director of Phoenix Group, taking part in its merger with Standard Life Assurance, and before that the CFO of lender Northern Rock from 2010 to 2012.

SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust PLC - investor in energy efficiency sector - Hires Emma Griffin as independent non-executive director, from Wednesday. Griffin was a founding partner of Oriel Securities, which was sold to Stifel Corp. She currently is a non-executive director of wealth manager St James's Place PLC.
