Centamin PLC - gold mining - Appoints Hendrik Faul as non-executive director with effect July 1. His most recent executive role was as chief executive officer of Anglo American PLC's Copper business from 2013 to 2019.

Rambler Metals & Minerals PLC - mining and development - Appoints Non-Executive Director Tony Bradbury as chief executive officer with immediate effect. Will replace Andre Booyzen, who resigned after a year since 2019 to pursue new opportunities. Bradbury has been part of company since April.

Arcontech Group PLC - market data software - Non-Executive Chair Richard Last to step down at next annual general meeting in September after 13 years in the role since 2007. Group has started search for new chair.

Horizonte Minerals PLC - nickel development - Appoints Sepanta Dorri as non-executive director with immediate effect, as nominee director for Canadian firm Teck Resources, which holds a 15% stake in the company.

Cerillion PLC - billing software - Executive Director and Director of Strategic Accounts Guy O'Connor to retire at undisclosed date. Has been part of company since buyout of original business from Logica in 1999.

Polarean Imaging PLC - medical Imaging - Appoints Cyrille Petit as non-executive director with immediate effect. Is currently chief corporate development officer and head of Strategic Initiatives of imaging and medical devices firm Bracco Group.

Oxford Biomedica PLC - gene therapy - Appoints Roch Doliveux as non-executive chair with effect on June 24. Will be replacing Lorenzo Tallarigo after four years since 2016. Doliveux is currently chair at French pharmaceutical firm Pierre Fabre Group for three years since 2017, and his most recent executive role was as CEO of Belgium-based research firm UCB for nine years from 2005 to 2014.

Advance Energy PLC - oil & gas - Picks Stephen West as chief financial officer with immediate effect. Most recent role was at PetroNor E&P Ltd for seven years since 2013. Non-Executive Director Graham Smith resigns, Ross Warner steps down from executive director to Non-Executive Director role.

Ocean Wilsons Holdings Ltd - shipping investor - Appoints Caroline Foulger as non-executive director with effect June 1. Is also non-executive director at FTSE 250 insurer Hiscox Ltd.
