Drax Group PLC - operates Drax power station in North Yorkshire - Chief Financial Officer Andrew Skelton buys 60,902 shares at 272 pence, worth GBP165,653, on Wednesday. Now has 142,976 shares.

Premier African Minerals Ltd - developing RHA tungsten and Zulu lithium projects in Zimbabwe - Chief Executive George Roach converts USD206,027 loan into 232.6 million shares at 0.0684p. Roach now interested in 837.1 million shares, a 6.5% stake.
