LONDON (Alliance News) - Trinity Exploration & Production PLC on Monday said it has agreed a further extension to the deadline on its USD13.0 million debt.
The company said it has reached an agreement with its lender to extend the debt deadline to December 4, from November 20 previously. It is the 11th time the deadline to repay the debt has been extended by the lender, Citibank.
The Trinidad and Tobago-focused oil and gas company said it remains in talks with its lender to secure a further expansion of its credit facilities and it expects to gain continued support.
Shares in Trinity were down 4.3% to 5.0245 pence on Monday.
