Trinity Exploration Chief Executive Joel Pemberton Stepping Down
LONDON (Alliance News) - Trinity Exploration & Production PLC on Monday said Chief Executive Joel Pemberton has resigned and will leave his position at the end of 2015.
His resignation comes amid the pending sale of all of Trinity's onshore assets and as the group refocuses its attention on its offshore activities.
Bruce Dingwall will become executive chairman, effective immediately.
Shares in Trinity were down 7.1% to 8.93 pence on Monday.
