LONDON (Alliance News) - Athlete representation firm TLA Worldwide PLC said Wednesday it has signed a letter of intent with regards to the sale of its US Business to funds managed by Gatemore Capital Management LLP.
Back in September, TLA said it had received a number of early approaches for its US business. No financial details related to the sale were disclosed.
Furthermore, TLA is in the process of considering the sale of its Australian businesses.
TLA Worldwide shares closed untraded at 3.75 pence each.
