Thames Water Utilities Plans To Issue Sterling Class B Bonds

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Thames Water Utilities Cayman Finance Limited is planning to issue sterling-denominated, Class B bonds via bookrunners Barclays Capital PLC, Deutsche Bank AG, HSBC Holdings PLC and Morgan Stanley, a bank running the sale said Wednesday.
