South Africa State-Owned PIC Raises Stake In Quilter To Just Over 10%

(Alliance News) - Quilter PLC on Friday said South Africa's Public Investment Corp SOC Ltd raised its stake in the wealth management firm.

In a transaction dated Thursday, South African state-owned asset manager PIC upped its stake in Quilter to just over 10% from 9.46% previously.

Quilter shares ended down 0.9% at 142.70 pence in London on Friday, and fell 1.7% to ZAR32.14 in Johannesburg.
