LONDON (Alliance News) - Sound Oil PLC on Tuesday said it has issued shares following a warrant exercise.
The Mediterranean-focused upstream oil and gas company said it has issued 2.2 million shares at 10.4 pence per share. Shares in Sound Oil were up 1.5% to 17.13p on Tuesday.
