SolGold Executive Director Legge Resigns From Role

(Alliance News) - SolGold PLC said oWednesday that Anna Legge has resigned as executive director of the company.

The Brisbane-based company said its communications, capital markets and investor relations programs will now be overseen in London by Ingo Hofmaier, SolGold's executive general manager for Project & Corporate Finance.

Chief Executive Nicholas Mather said: "On behalf of the board I would like to thank Anna for her contribution to SolGold via the establishment of our office in London and her management of the company's media, communications, capital markets and investor relations programs."

SolGold shares were down 2.8% in London at 18.56 pence each on Wednesday.
