Scapa Finance Director Steps Down, Former Spearhead CFO Replaces

LONDON (Alliance News) - Scapa Group PLC on Friday said it has appointed Oskar Zahn as chief financial officer to replace outgoing Finance Director Graham Hardcastle, who will leave at the beginning of October.

The adhesive-based products manufacturer said Zahn has previously served as finance head of agriculture company Spearhead International Ltd for ten years.

Prior to that, he held leadership roles at medical devices provider Telefex Inc, British Airways, a subsidiary of International Consolidated Airlines Group PLC, and manufacturing company Georgia-Pacific LLC.

"I would like to thank Graham for his contribution to the company and we wish him all the best in his future activities," said Chief Executive Heejae Chae.

"I am delighted to welcome Oskar to the role of CFO at Scapa," added Chae. "His breadth of knowledge and experience in the various industry sectors will be of great value to the Company as we pursue our strategy for growth."

Shares in Scapa were trading 0.6% higher on Friday morning at 430.14 pence each.
