CEE MARKETS
Czech yields were mixed on Wednesday before the sale byauction of a new tranche of a euro-denominated government bondthat has drawn strong investor demand this year, while a firmingU.S. dollar put the brakes on central Europe's currencies.\
U.N. NUCLEAR WATCHDOG
U.N. nuclear watchdog chief Yukiya Amano plans to step downearly, in March of next year, because of an unspecified illnessthat has visibly weakened him over the past year, diplomats whofollow his agency's work said on Wednesday.
Two likely candidates to succeed Amano are Argentina'sambassador to the IAEA Rafael Grossi, who had been expected torun against Amano before but chose not to, and Romania's CornelFeruta, the IAEA's chief coordinator and effectively Amano'schief of staff.
