(Alliance News) - Oil & gas company Ascent Resources PLC on Monday said Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC Ltd has built a 13% holding in the company.
Before a purchase on Friday, the Riverfort did not have any stake in Ascent.
Shares in Ascent closed 0.2% higher at 0.23 pence each in London on Monday.
