Regency Mines proposed name change as it focuses on battery metals

(Sharecast News) - Natural resource exploration and development company Regency Mines announced a proposed change of name on Wednesday, to Corcel.
The AIM-traded, battery metals-focussed firm said the name change was intended to "more closely reflect" its strategy to develop its businesses across the battery metals exploration and "flexible grid solutions" spaces.

"An application is being made to Companies House for the name change," the board said in its statement.

"Further announcements regarding the change of name and when trading under the new name commences will be made in due course."

At 0850 BST, shares in Regency Mines were down 3% at 0.97p.
