LONDON (Alliance News) - Rambler Metals & Mining PLC said Tuesday subsidiary Rambler Metals & Mining Canada Ltd has entered into a loan agreement with CE Mining III Rambler Ltd for USD1.0 million.
The unsecured loan holds a 10% fixed interest rate per annum.
CE Mining III is a subsidiary of CE Mining Fund III LP. CE Mining holds a roughly 60% stake in Rambler.
Shares in Rambler Metals & Mining were untraded Tuesday but last closed at 2.11 pence each.
