Polypipe Adds Two Experienced Non-Executives With Another Departing

(Alliance News) - Polypipe Group PLC on Monday said it has appointed Louise Brooke-Smith and Lisa Scenna as non-executive directors, with effect on September 24.

Brooke-Smith was formerly a partner at Arcadis LLP and has "has extensive professional expertise and knowledge of the land, property, construction and infrastructure industry in the UK and overseas", Polypipe said.

Scenna's most recent executive role was with Morgan Sindall Group PLC and has also held an executive role with construction company Laing O'Rourke.

Polypipe added that Moni Mannings will step down from her non-executive role on November 26.

Shares in Polypipe closed 0.3% lower at 404.60 pence each in London on Monday.
