(Alliance News) - Personal Group Holdings PLC said on Monday it has appointed former Gulf Keystone Petroleum PLC Non-Executive Maria Darby-Walker to the board.
Her appointment as a non-executive director has been effective since Friday.
Personal Group Chair Mark Winlow commented: "We are delighted to welcome Maria to the board; her knowledge of marketing, brand and digital communications, along with a background in financial services and regulation will be extremely beneficial to the group."
Shares in Personal Group were down 1.1% at 440.00 pence on Monday in London.
