LONDON (Alliance News) - Payments company PayPoint PLC on Tuesday said Finance Director George Earle will step down in 2017 and will be replaced by Rachel Kentleton.
PayPoint said Earle will leave the company at some time in 2017, having been finance director since 2004.
He will be replaced by Kentleton, who will join the company in January 2017 before then taking over from Earle following a transition period.
Kentleton is currently group director of strategy and implementation at easyJet PLC, the budget airline, and prior to this held finance and investor relations role at brewer SABMiller PLC.
PayPoint shares were down 3.1% to 885.04p Tuesday.
