(Sharecast News) - Online property portal operator OnTheMarket inked a listing agreement with housebuilder Taylor Wimpey on Monday.
OnTheMarket said the pair's agreement will see Taylor Wimpey list all of its residential developments and properties for sale at OnTheMarket.com.
The AIM-listed group highlighted that the deal followed three months of record leads for OnTheMarket, during which the portal saw average visits of 26.8m per month and 2.0m leads in August, an increase of 64% year-on-year.
Commercial director Helen Whiteley said: "Our new agreement with Taylor Wimpey will add added a diverse mix of properties to our new homes channel.
"As part of our growth strategy we have continued to attract a wealth of developers and expanding this sector remains a key priority for the portal. I am delighted that another major player in the industry has decided to join OnTheMarket."
As of 1015 BST, OnTheMarket shares were down 1.03% at 91.55p.
