Netcall has secured a five-year SaaS contract worth a minimum of £1.4m to provide its Liberty multi-channel contact centre and unified communications solutions.As part of the deal, Netcall will deliver a range of inbound and outbound voice, email and chat applications that use Liberty's business process management capabilities for workflow automation and data integration with legacy systems.The customer engagement software provider said this will allow the client to deliver a consistent, personalised customer experience and achieve efficiencies.Chief executive Henrik Bank said: "Today's announcement represents a milestone for Netcall as it is the largest SaaS contract we have been awarded for our new Liberty platform. "The end-to-end, fully hosted solution will transform the way in which our client interacts with its customers and we look forward to working with them."At 1000 BST, Netcall shares were up 2.5% at 50.50p.
