Mobile Streams Finance Chief Benasso Resigns From Board But Stays CFO

(Alliance News) - Mobile Streams PLC announced Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Enrique Benasso has resigned from the board of the company with immediate effect but remains as CFO.

"The board would like to thank Enrique for his support and guidance throughout his directorship. The company appreciates his continued contribution through his role as chief financial officer."

Shares in the mobile entertainment content provider were down 6.6% in London at 0.18 pence each on Thursday at midday.
