(Alliance News) - Management consultancy MJ Hudson has partnered with MUFG Investor Services to provide environmental, social and corporate governance services.
The partnership will see MJ Hudson work with MUFG Investor Services, the asset servicing arm of the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc, to provide an array of services for investors, starting at the pre-investment stage. These include services linked to policy creation, investment strategy and reporting on ESG factors.
The partnership adds reach to MJ Hudson's offering in private markets ESG, an area of asset management that is experiencing considerable growth, the company said.

MJ Hudson shares were trading at 46.55 pence each in London on Wednesday, up 2.3%. Mitsubishi UFJ shares were up 0.9% to USD5.39 in New York.
