Midatech Pharma Shareholders Approve Share Consolidation

(Alliance News) - Midatech Pharma PLC said Monday its shareholders have approved its share consolidation.

Midatech was looking to consolidate its share base on a 20 to one basis, giving it 23.5 million shares in issue following the consolidation.

The company also noted its American Depositary Receipts will change from one ADR representing 20 ordinary shares to one ADR share representing five new ordinary shares.

Shares in Midatech Pharma closed 1.9% higher in London on Monday at 2.19 pence each.
