Mears Group Director Elizabeth Corrado Steps Down From Board

(Alliance News) - Mears Group PLC on Tuesday said that Elizabeth Corrado has stepped down from her board role as director, effective immediately.

Corrado joined the board as an independent non-executive director in September 2017.

Chair Kieran Murphy commented: "The board would like to thank Liz for her input and support since joining Mears. We wish her every success in her future endeavours."

Shares in the housing and care sector services provider were untraded on Tuesday morning, last quoted at 290.00 pence per share.
