(Alliance News) - Pub operator Marston's PLC said on Thursday that Non-Executive Director Catherine Glickman will step down from her role on January 24.
The company said Glickman joined Marston's in December 2014.
William Rucker, chair, said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Catherine for her valued chairmanship of the Remuneration Committee, in addition to her broader contribution as a non-executive director of Marston's, supporting a strong and focused people agenda. We wish Catherine every success in her future ventures."
Marston's shares were up 1.9% in London at 125.80 pence each on Friday afternoon.
