Feb 15 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks on the move on Friday:

WALL STREET OPENS FLAT WITH DATA ON TAP

Wall Street opened flat on Friday, continuing a trend thisweek of thin trading and tight moves, with the S&P 500struggling to extend a streak of weekly gains to seven.

The Dow Jones industrial average .DJI shed 0.62 points, or0.00 percent, to 13,972.77. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index .SPXgained 1.24 points, or 0.08 percent, to 1,522.62. The NasdaqComposite Index .IXIC added 5.10 points, or 0.16 percent, to3,203.76.

** IPG PHOTONICS CORP $61.64, down 11 pct (0942 ET)

The specialized laser maker reported a quarterly profit thatmissed analysts' expectations as margins fell.

** HERBALIFE LTD, $44.85, up 17 pct (0935 ET)

Billionaire investor Carl Icahn said in a regulatory filingthat he owns 14 million shares, or 13 percent, of theweight-loss and vitamin company and signaled that he is ready tohelp put the company in play.

** TRANSOCEAN LTD, $57.22, down 3.5 pct (0935 ET)

A federal judge on Thursday accepted a guilty plea by therig contractor for violating the U.S. Clean Water Act along witha $400 million criminal fine for its role in the 2010 disasterat BP Plc's Macondo well.

Deutsche Bank downgraded the company's stock to "sell" from"hold," according to Streetinsider.com.

** WAL-MART STORES INC, $69.78, down 2 pct (0936 ET)

The company's British supermarket arm, Asda, said onThursday it had discovered horse DNA in its beef bolognese sauceand was withdrawing that product and three others from itsstores.

** QLIK TECHNOLOGIES INC, $26.80, up 17 pct (0937ET)

The business software maker's quarterly results beatanalysts' estimates on higher license sales mainly in theAmericas.

At least five brokerages raised the target price on thecompany's stock.

** ON ASSIGNMENT INC, $22.10, down 10 percent (0949ET)

The staffing company forecast first-quarter earnings in therange of 16 cents to 19 cents per share late on Thursday, wellbelow analysts' expectations of 23 cents per share, according toThomson Reuters I/B/E/S.

** GLEACHER & CO INC, $0.82, down 12 pct (0937 ET)

The investment bank said it agreed to sell its mortgagelending unit ClearPoint to Ocwen Financial Corp andended its search for a potential capital infusion or abuyer.

** LOGMEIN INC, $17.61, down 25 pct (0938 ET)

The remote-access software maker forecast first-quarterearnings below analysts' expectations on higher tax rate.

** BURGER KING WORLDWIDE INC, $17.13, up 3.8 pct(0938 ET)

The fast-food chain on Friday reported a 94 percent rise infourth-quarter profit as menu additions drove comparable salesgains in the United States and Canada.

** J.M. SMUCKER CO $93.35, up 1 pct (0939 ET)

The maker of Jif peanut butter and Folgers coffee reportedbetter-than-expected quarterly profit, helped by rising sales ofits higher-margin coffee K-Cups and peanutbutter.

** TRW AUTOMOTIVE HOLDINGS CORP, $62.39, up 4 pct(0940 ET)

The auto parts supplier posted a stronger-than-expectedquarterly profit on Friday.

** VF Corp, $156, up 2 pct (0941 ET)

The owner of clothing brands like The North Face, Wranglerand Lee, posted a bigger quarterly profit on Friday, as itsflagship brands grew in Asia and other markets, and the companyforecast a strong year ahead.

** CBS CORP, $44.61, up 4 pct (0943 ET)

The company reported a 6 percent gain in fourth-quarterprofit on Thursday, boosted by political advertising on its TVnetworks and higher revenue from cable channel fees.

** B&G FOODS INC, $29.71, down 7 pct (0943 ET)

The company reported a fourth-quarter profit that missed analysts' expectations.

** ARMOUR RESIDENTIAL REIT INC, $6.60, down 1.6 pct(0945 ET)

Deutsche Bank cut its rating on the real estate investmenttrust to "hold" from "buy", according to Benzinga.com.

** AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES INC, $43.31, down 3 pct (0945ET)

The medical device maker cut its outlook for 2013 afterreporting first-quarter results below analysts' estimates assales of its electronic instruments declined.

** DATALINK CORP, $10, up 7 pct (0945 ET)

The company, which manages servers and networks, reported afourth-quarter profit that missed analysts' expectations.

** DIRECTV, $49.42, down 1.5 pct (0946 ET)

The satellite TV provider warned that Venezuela's recentcurrency devaluation will crimp its results this year and saidit was still considering buying Brazilian telecom operator GVT.

** BLACKSTONE GROUP, $18.83, up 1.3 pct (0949 ET)
