Aug 16 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks on the move on Friday:

WALL ST FLAT AFTER SELLOFF, INDEXES TO FALL ON WEEK

U.S. stocks were little changed following the largestone-day drop in almost two months a day earlier, with mainindexes on track to post their largest weekly decline in monthson worries over the health of consumer spending and corporateprofits.

The Dow Jones industrial average was down 0.06percent while the Standard & Poor's 500 Index was down0.13 percent. The Nasdaq Composite Index was up 0.13percent.

** D.R. HORTON INC, $19.65, up 2.7 pct (0940 ET)

** PULTEGROUP INC, $16.52, up 3.8 pct

** TOLL BROTHERS INC, $33.09, up 2.4 pct

** LENNAR CORP, $33.97, up 2 pct

** KB HOME, $17.68, up 2.7 pct

U.S. non-farm productivity rose in the second quarter asoutput increased more than hours worked, a U.S. governmentreport showed. Productivity increased at a 0.9 percent annualrate, the Labor Department said. Economists polled by Reutershad expected productivity to rise at a 0.6 percentrate.

** JDS UNIPHASE CORP, $13.70, up 2 pct (0944 ET)

The network testing company said it priced a $575 millionoffering of its senior convertible notes at an initialconversion price of $18.83 per share, which represents a 40percent conversion premium to the stock's Thursday closing.

The stock was trading nearly two and a half times itsaverage 10-day volume.

** SAREPTA THERAPEUTICS INC, $33.35, up 4 pct (0942ET)

** PROSENSA HOLDING NV, $26.09, down 9 pct

Sarepta's shares opened 6.9 percent higher afterGlaxoSmithKline Plc reported disappointing clinical datafor a therapy that rivals Sarepta's experimental muscle disorderdrug. Glaxo is developing the drug in partnership with Dutchdrugmaker Prosensa.

Analysts at brokerage house Robert W. Baird said the datamight put Sarepta ahead of competition in the race to market thefirst drug to treat a rare, muscle-wasting disorder calledDuchenne muscular dystrophy.

** J.C. PENNEY CO INC, $13.54, down 2 pct (0942 ET)

The retailer has entered into an agreement with former boardmember and largest shareholder Bill Ackman that paves the wayfor him to completely walk away from the company. Ackman, whosefirm Pershing Square Capital Management owns about 18 percent ofJ.C. Penney, resigned from the board earlier this week after twoyears of campaigning to transform the struggling departmentstore operator.

** MANDALAY DIGITAL GROUP INC, $2.40, down 22.8 pct(1050 ET)

The mobile content distribution service provider priced its$12 million public offering at $2.48 per share, below thestock's close of $3.11 on Thursday on the Nasdaq.

** PRANA BIOTECHNOLOGY LTD, $4.01, up 7.5 pct (0938ET)

The Australian company said it appointed PeterSmith to drive business development for Prana's Alzheimer'sdisease drug, PBT2.

Prana also said results from mid-stage trials of the drugare expected in October 2013 and March 2014.

** INTEROIL CORP, $65.31, down 12 pct (0939 ET)

The liquefied natural gas producer's talks with Exxon Mobil to develop the Elk and Antelope fields in Papua NewGuinea are over without a deal, PNG Industry News websitereported, citing sources. (http://r.reuters.com/ryw42v)

** E-HOUSE CHINA HOLDINGS LTD, $6.96, up 10 pct (1025ET)

The China-based real estate services company reportedsecond-quarter results that beat analysts' estimates. Thecompany also forecast higher-than-expected full-year revenue of$630 million. Analysts on an average were expecting $594.8million, according to Thomson Reuters I/B/E/S.

** PIXELWORKS INC, $3.89, down 8 pct (1038 ET)

The digital display chip maker said it would sell 2.6million of its shares at $3.50 each, as a part of a previouslyannounced public offering.

The offering was priced below the stock's Thursday closingof $4.25.

** UNIVERSAL TRUCKLOAD SERVICES INC, $23.85, down 6pct (1100 ET)

The trucking services provider priced its public offering of1 million shares at $23.00 per share, which represents adiscount of 9 percent to the stock's Thursdayclose.

** PANDORA MEDIA INC, $20.91, up 5.3 pct (0938 ET)

Brokerage Goldman Sachs raised its rating on the Internetradio company's stock to "buy" from "neutral", according toTheflyonthewall.com.

** MICROVISION INC, $2.08, up 5 pct (1039 ET)

The company, which provides ultra-miniature displaytechnology for mobile phones and laptops, said its technology isbeing used by Japanese audio equipment maker Pioneer Corp for a new car navigation device. Pioneer's CYBER NAVIcar navigation system uses MicroVision's display technology tohelp drivers view clear and full-color images in daylight withminimum power requirement.

** GAIN CAPITAL HOLDINGS INC, $7.34, down 4.8 pct(1025 ET)

The online forex trader's July retail over-the-countertrading volumes fell 8.5 percent from June to $141.7 billionwhile total institutional trading volumes declined about 4percent to $352 billion.

** RITE AID CORP, $3.57, up 2.6 pct (1016 ET)

According to Raymond James analyst John Ransom, the stock ofthe third-largest U.S. drugstore chain is continuing its runafter Greenlight Capital Inc said on Wednesday that it bought20.2 million shares of Rite Aid. (http://r.reuters.com/nen42v)

** MANNKIND CORP, $6.54, down 1 pct (0939 ET)

The drugmaker said Deerfield Private Design Fund II wouldnow purchase the company's second tranche of 9.75 percent seniorsecured convertible notes valued at $40 million.

Under the terms of the financing agreement dated July 1,Deerfield agreed to buy the notes if MannKind's experimentaldiabetes therapy met the main goals of two late-stage studiesand did not have any adverse safety issue. The company issuedpositive study results on Wednesday.

** GREEN MOUNTAIN COFFEE ROASTERS INC, $74.36, up0.6 pct (0938 ET)

The coffee company will return to being a component of theNASDAQ-100 Index on Aug. 22, replacing Life TechnologiesCorp, the Nasdaq OMX Group said.

** ALCOA INC, $8.04, down 1.5 pct (0937 ET)

Brokerage BofA Merrill Lynch cut its rating on the largestU.S. aluminum producer's stock to "underperform" from "neutral",according to Theflyonthewall.com.

Alcoa said late on Wednesday that it is temporarily cuttingproduction at its aluminum smelters in Brazil, and wouldpermanently shut down part of its operations in Massena, NewYork.

** SONY CORP, $20.09, up 1 pct (0935 ET)

** VIACOM INC, $77.81, down 0.5 pct

Sony is close to striking a deal to secure content frommedia company Viacom for a new Internet-based TV service, theWall Street Journal reported on Thursday.

** POWERSECURE INTERNATIONAL INC, $15.98, down 5pct (0936 ET)

The maker of electric utility products said late on Thursdaythat it planned to sell $44 million shares of its common stockthrough a public offering.

** NATIONAL TECHNICAL SYSTEMS, $22.81, up 37.6 pct(0936 ET)

The provider of testing and engineering services said LosAngeles-based private equity firm Aurora Capital Group wouldacquire the company for $267 million, or $23 per share.

This price represents a premium of 38 percent to NationalTechnical stock's Thursday closing. The company said it expectedthe merger to be completed by the end of 2013.

** ASPEN TECHNOLOGY INC, $35.17, up 10.5 pct (0936ET)

The company, which provides supply chain management softwareto the manufacturing industry, posted fourth-quarter results wayabove analysts' estimates due to higher demand for itssubscription software offering. Brokerage Benchmark Co hasraised its price target on the stock to $38 from $35.

** JOS. A. BANK CLOTHIERS INC, $41.50, down 5.7 pct(0935 ET)

The men's clothing retailer estimated second-quarter profitbelow analysts' expectations as its promotions and marketingcampaigns failed to attract shoppers.

The company said it expects profit of 49 to 53 cents pershare in the quarter ended Aug. 3. Analysts on an average wereexpecting profit of 68 cents per share, according to ThomsonReuters I/B/E/S.

** NORDSTROM INC, $57.54, down 3 pct (0935 ET)

The luxury department store chain on Thursday reportedlower-than-expected second-quarter revenue as its same-storesales slipped, prompting it to lower its full-year sales andprofit forecast.

** APPLIED MATERIALS, $15.57, up 1.4 pct (0943 ET)

The chip gear maker said on Thursday that it expects foundrycustomers to hold back spending in the current quarter as theyswitch to making smaller chips.

** BHP BILLITON, $67.93, down 0.3 pct (0944 ET)

The top global miner said U.S. authorities have laid outgrounds for possible enforcement action against it for corruptpractices, stepping up a four-year probe linked partly to its2008 Olympics sponsorship. The company has been underinvestigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission and theDepartment of Justice since 2009, mainly over explorationactivities that had been terminated and its hospitality at theBeijing Olympic Games.

** AMR CORP, $2.50, down 2.3 pct (0933 ET)

** US AIRWAYS GROUP INC, $15.96, up 1.5 pct

A U.S. bankruptcy judge on Thursday held off approval of arestructuring plan for American Airlines, citing a U.S.government challenge this week to the airline's proposed mergerwith US Airways Group. American Airlines' parent company, AMRCorp, worked out the $11 billion merger with US Airways as partof a plan to exit bankruptcy, where it has been since 2011.

** FORD MOTOR CO, $16.44, up 0.5 pct (0956 ET)

Ford will lower the advertised fuel economy ratings on itsC-Max hybrid by up to 7 miles per gallon, the company said onThursday, following complaints from consumers and industryexperts that the model's actual mileage fell short of claims.

** BOEING CO, $103.25, up 0.5 pct (0945 ET)

The aircraft maker said it raised the list prices onThursday for most of its family of commercial jetliners by about1.6 percent, compared with 2012 levels, far less than the 5.5percent increase the company made last year. The increases arebased on data compiled by the U.S. labor department, and largelyreflect the state of the U.S. economy rather than the company'songoing efforts to increase its profit margins.

Boeing has traced the incorrectly assembled engine fireextinguishers on 787 Dreamliners to the manufacturing of bottlesat a supplier's facility while saying there were no risks toflight safety, the Wall Street Journal reported.

** LOCKHEED MARTIN CORP, $122.47, up 0.2 pct (0946ET)

South Korea said that at least one bid came in under budgetfor its 8.3 trillion Korean won ($7.42 billion) purchase of 60next generation fighter jets, the country's biggest-ever defenseimport program to replace its ageing fleet. Lockheed MartinCorp's F-35, Boeing Co's F-15 and EADS's Eurofighter Typhoon are in the race.

** TESORO CORP, $48.51, down 1.7 pct (0946 ET)
