(Alliance News) - Advertising firm M&C Saatchi PLC on Tuesday announced the appointment of two new non-executive directors.
Lisa Gordon and Louise Jackson will both be joining the board with immediate effect. Gordon is currently the chair of stockbroker Cenkos Securities PLC, while Jackson is head of Talent & Leadership at luxury retailer Selfridges Group Ltd.
M&C Saatchi confirmed it wants to make one more non-executive appointment.
Shares ended flat on Tuesday in London at a price of 60.00 pence each.
