Jubilee Metals warrant exercise for 2.9 million shares withdrawn

(Alliance News) - Jubilee Metals Group PLC said Thursday a warrant holder has withdrawn its notice to exercise 2.9 million warrant shares.

On May 6, Jubilee said it received a notice to exercise 2.9 million shares at 3.375 pence each for GBP99,393.

On Thursday, however, the London and Johannesburg-listed metal processor said the holder has withdrawn the notice. The shares will, therefore, not be admitted to trading.

Jubilee's issued share capital is 2.24 billion.

Shares in Jubilee Metals were 6.0% lower in London on Thursday at 18.81 pence each. In Johannesburg, the shares were down 3.0% at ZAR3.83.
