LONDON (Alliance News) - Invesco Perpetual Select Trust PLC said Wednesday it has promoted Non-Executive Director Graham Kitchen to chair with effect from the trust's annual general meeting on October 3.
He will be replacing Patrick Gifford, who will retire from the board on the same date after 11 years in the role since 2008.
Kitchen is also a non-executive director at Mercantile Investment Trust PLC and property firm Places for People. His most recent executive role was as global head of equities at asset manager Janus Henderson Group for six years from 2011 to 2017.
Shares in Invesco Perpetual were untraded at 204.00 pence on Wednesday.
