Intertek Group: Lone Pine Capital Cuts Stake To 6.25%

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Intertek Group PLC (ITRK.LN) said Friday that Lone Pine Capital LLC, a privately owned hedge fund sponsor and Stephen F. Mandel Jr. have lowered their shareholding in the company to 9.96 million shares, or 6.25% of the voting rights, from 11.4 million shares. MAIN FACTS: -Stephen F.
