Watches of Switzerland Group PLC - British retailer of Swiss watches - Says Chief Executive Brian Duffy sells one million shares at a price of 663.25 pence each, worth GBP6.6 million. The transaction was completed on Monday and it has not been disclosed how many shares, if any, Duffy holds following the deal.

Current stock price: 662.00p, down 6.0% on Monday

Year-to-date change: up 14%
