Ultra Electronics Holdings PLC - FTSE 250-listed aerospace and defence engineering company - Chief Financial Officer Mark Sclater buys 1,147 shares at 2,077 pence each Tuesday, worth GBP23,827.95.

In addition, Anne Sclater, a person closely associated with him, purchased 2,171 shares at an average price of 2,072p each, worth GBP44,990.85. Following the purchases, Mark Sclater and persons closely associated with him, now hold a total of 3,421 shares.

Current stock price: 1,992p pence

Year-to-date change: 3.9% lower
