IN BRIEF: Touchstone Exploration Meets USD20 Million Loan Conditions

Touchstone Exploration Inc - Calgary-based oil and gas firm - Meets conditions for its seven-year USD20 million term loan agreement with Republic Bank Ltd. Touchstone has withdrawn USD15 million to satisfy obligations for prepaying its former CAD20 million credit facility, around USD14.8 million. The company can withdraw the remaining USD5 million until June 2021.

Current stock price: 50.22 pence

Year-to-date change: up more than 100%; 21.60p on January 2
