Star Phoenix Group Ltd - oilfield services in Trinidad and oil and gas interest in Indonesia - Thesolia Ltd sells all 23.6 million Star Phoenix shares it owns, a 15.6% stake, in an off-market deal. Buyer is Preceding Max Ltd. Thesolia is registered in Limassol, Cyprus and Preceding Max in Mahe, Seychelles. Star Phoenix doesn't provide the price at which the sale was made, but it would be worth GBP376,881 at the current market price in London. Star Phoenix says Thesolia's right, as part of its original subscription agreement, to nominate up to two non-executive directors does not transfer and therefore terminates.
