IN BRIEF: Tekmar names former Rolls-Royce Director Ritchey as non-exec

Tekmar Group PLC - provider of technology and services for offshore energy markets - Says Ian Ritchey has been appointed as a non-executive director, with immediate effect. Ritchey has nearly 30 years' experience in the engineering industry, including 20 years in senior leadership positions with Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC, where he held roles, including head of Aerospace Research & Technology, Defence Engineering director and executive vice president of Engineering & Technology - Commercial Marine. Most recently, he was group chief engineer, leading the Engineering function across the business.

Current stock price: 64.95 pence, down 2.3% on Monday

Year-to-date change: down 2.3%
