Substrate Artificial Inteligence SA - Madrid-based firm which creates, buys and scales firms providing artificial intelligence services in fintech, agritech, energy, human resources, and health sectors - Enters into deal with Californian investment bank GT Securities to "identify potential investors or partners" for Substrate unit Subgen AI Ltd and raise EUR10 million. The agreement value the generative artificial intelligence unit at EUR200 million. "The investment round will be raised among investors and international funds introduced by GT Securities," Substrate says.
Substrate's 'B' shares were admitted to trading on the AQSE Growth Market back in October, followed by its 'A' class shares in December.
