Stock Spirits Group PLC - Buckinghamshire-based spirits producer - High Court Of England & Wales sanctions the company's takeover by CVC Funds, after shareholders approved the deal in mid-September.
As a result, trading in Stock Spirits is set to be cancelled on Tuesday next week.
In August, Stock Spirits had agreed to a GBP767 million takeover deal from the private equity firm.
