RTC Group PLC - London-based recruitment company - Says that, following the sudden death of its Founder & Chair Bill Douie, Chief Executive Officer Andy Pendlebury has been appointed to the role of executive chair with immediate effect, in addition to his current responsibilities.

Current stock price: 48.40 pence, up 10%

12-month change: More than doubled
