IN BRIEF: RiverFort investee expects to liquidate as meets advisers

RiverFort Global Opportunities PLC - Wycombe-based investment adviser - Notes investee Emergent Entertainment Ltd is engaging with insolvency advisers and is anticipated to be shortly placed into liquidation. Based on RiverFort Global's net asset value of 1.3 pence at June 30, says Emergent investment represents around 8.5% of NAV. Says, based on the NAV adjusted for the current carrying value of this investment, it is still trading at around 32% of its NAV.

Current stock price: 0.37 pence, down 3.1%

12-month change: down 50%
