Reabold Resources PLC and Union Jack Oil PLC - Note that Rathlin Energy (UK) Ltd, the operator of PEDL183 and the West Newton Field in Yorkshire, publishes update to residents regarding ongoing plans for the West Newton A and West Newton B sites. Rathlin's update includes that it is working on a revised approach for West Newton A proposed development and intends to submit new application. Rathlin also says it will be applying to council to extend condition requiring operations to be completed by April 2022 at West Newton B.
Reabold holds a 56% economic interest in West Newton via its 59% shareholding in Rathlin, which, in turn, has a 67% stake in PEDL183. In addition, Reabold has a 16.67% direct licence interest in PEDL183. Union Jack holds a 16.67% PEDL183 stake also.
