Quilter PLC - Swindon, England-based wealth management company - Repurchases to date a total of GBP175 million, with GBP90 million conducted on the London Stock Exchange and GBP85 million on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. To date, 132.5 million Quilter shares have been acquired, and cancelled, at an average price of 132 pence. Says it will begin tranche 3a which will consist of repurchases up to GBP50 million. This is part of the capital return of up to GBP375 million announced early January.
