IN BRIEF: Predator Oil & Gas raises GBP1.5 million via share placing

Predator Oil & Gas Holdings PLC - Jersey-based oil & gas company - Places 10.0 million new shares at a placing price of 15 pence each to raise GBP1.5 million before expenses. Novum Securities acting as sole placing agents to the company. Proceeds raised in the placing are being assigned to evaluating and potentially acquiring rights to the new business opportunities that the company has recently identified together with general working capital.

Current stock price: 17.00p, down 7.5% on Friday

Year-to-date change: multiplied from 3.80p on December 31
