IN BRIEF: Pensana Rare Earths Delists From Australian Stock Exchange

Pensana Rare Earths PLC - exploration and development company - Applies to the Australian Securities Exchange to remove it from the official list. Pensana expects that the delisting will occur at the close of trade on February 24. The company, however, says it will maintain its primary listing on the main board of the London Stock Exchange.

Current stock price: 106.00 pence, down 8.6% on Wednesday

Year-to-date change: down 3.6%
