Pensana PLC - mineral explorer that recently changed name from Pensana Rare Earths - Hires Jeremy Beeton as non-executive director, effective immediately. Beeton was director general of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games from 2007 until 2012. Beeton is an independent non-executive director of infrastructure investor and manager John Laing Group PLC. Pensana says Beeton's infrastructure experience will be helpful as it pursues its plan for a mine-to-magnet metal supply chain from a facility proposed at the Saltend Chemicals Park in Humber, Yorkshire.
